パーキンソン病療養指導士
在宅でのリハビリテーション全般に対応しています。
脳血管疾患、整形疾患、廃用症候群、加齢による動作低下まで、生活背景や住環境を踏まえ、「今の生活がどう変わるか」を重視した介入を行います。
特に、パーキンソン病をはじめとする神経疾患では、すくみ足・姿勢変化・転倒反復といった在宅特有の課題に対し、薬効のオン／オフや住環境の制約を考慮した即時的なリハビリを提供しています。
大学〜臨床での研究では小脳刺激や前庭機能に関する研究成果を国内外学会で発表。加えて、米国の Parkinson’s Disease Awareness Training for Fitness Professionals、Advanced Parkinson’s Disease Care 等の教育プログラムを修了し、エビデンスに基づいた評価と介入を実践しています。
多職種と連携し、環境調整・福祉用具提案・家族指導まで一貫して支援。
「在宅でも、その人らしく動ける」を目標に、介入初日から生活の変化を実感できるリハビリを行います。
